For the four learning games we publish for children aged 2 to 9.
These games are published by Ai Art Ltd (Türkiye). This policy covers the children's learning games listed below, on both the App Store and Google Play. Earlier versions of these apps were published by a previous owner under a different policy; this page replaces it for every current release.

These apps are directed to children. We follow the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA), the children's provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Google Play Families policy and the Apple App Store Kids Category rules.
Advertising shown inside these apps is limited to what those programmes allow for a child audience: it is not based on a profile built from a child's behaviour, and advertising identifiers are not used to target a child across apps or websites.
| Data | Why | Who receives it |
|---|---|---|
| Device and app identifiers, coarse device information (model, OS version, language, country) | To show and cap advertising, to measure whether an ad was shown, and to detect invalid traffic | Our advertising partners (ad mediation and ad networks) |
| App events — launches, screens opened, levels finished, crashes | To see which puzzles are too hard or broken, and to fix crashes | Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting) |
| Purchase receipts, if an app offers a purchase | To deliver what was bought and to handle refunds | Apple and Google, as the store operators |
We receive these as aggregated reports. We do not combine them into a profile of a named person, and we have no way to identify a child from them.
Our partners process data under their own policies and under the child-directed settings described above:
The exact, per-app list is published in each app's Google Play Data safety section and its App Store privacy label. Where those differ from this page for a specific app, the store declaration is the one that describes that release.
We keep analytics and advertising reports only as long as our partners' standard retention windows allow — typically up to 14 months — and we do not keep a separate copy of them.
A parent or guardian may ask what we hold about their child, ask us to delete it, and refuse any further collection. Write to info@aiart.limited with the app name and the device, and we will answer within 30 days. Because we do not collect names or e-mail addresses, we may need the device's advertising identifier to find the relevant records.
You can also reset or delete the advertising identifier on the device itself: on Android, Settings → Google → Ads; on iOS, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If we change how these apps use data, we will update this page and its effective date before the change reaches a published release.
