These terms apply to the mobile apps published by Ai Art Ltd and to this website. By downloading or using one of our apps you accept them. Where an app publishes its own terms, those take precedence for that app.
Some apps offer paid features. Payment is handled by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds follow the store's own policy — Apple or Google Play. A one-time purchase stays with the store account it was made from and can be restored on your other devices.
Some apps are free and supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). We do not choose the individual ads shown and are not responsible for their content. Where an app offers an ad-free purchase, that purchase disables the advertising in that app.
Some apps display content from external sources. That content belongs to its owners and is shown with attribution inside the app. We take care to present it as published, but we do not warrant its completeness and we are not the author of it.
Apps are provided "as is". We do not warrant that they will run without interruption or error, and features that depend on an external service may change or stop working if that service changes.
To the extent permitted by law, Ai Art Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the apps. Nothing here limits rights you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country.
The apps, their names and their artwork belong to Ai Art Ltd or to their respective owners.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always published on this page and the date above is updated.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
