It helps if you tell us which app you are using, your device model and system version, and what you expected to happen.
App data is stored on your device. Uninstalling an app, or clearing its storage, removes that data and it cannot be recovered by us.
Open the app's settings and use Restore purchases. The purchase is tied to the store account it was made from, so make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us: Apple or Google Play.
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in system settings, and that battery optimisation is not restricting it. On Android, apps that send time-critical alerts may also need the exact alarm permission.
Several of our apps read from external sources. If a source changes or is temporarily down, the app falls back to what it downloaded earlier. Pulling to refresh usually resolves it; if it does not, write to us.
