Published on Google Play under the developer name AyDigi (admin@aydigi.com) and on the App Store by Ai Art Ltd (Türkiye) (info@aiart.limited).
The app is directed to children aged 4–5. It does not ask for a name, e-mail address, phone number, photo or location, needs no account, and shows no ads. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

Analytics are configured for a child audience: no advertising identifier is collected, data is not used for advertising or profiling, and we only look at aggregated reports. Google processes this data as our service provider under its Firebase privacy terms; reports are kept for up to 14 months.
We follow the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA), the children's provisions of the EU GDPR, the Google Play Families policy and the Apple App Store Kids Category rules. Purchases, settings and external links sit behind a parental gate.
A parent or guardian may ask what is held about their child, ask for it to be deleted, or refuse further collection: write to info@aiart.limited with the app name and device, and we will answer within 30 days. Deleting the app removes its data from the device.
If the app's data use changes, we update this page and its effective date before the change reaches a published release.
