It helps if you tell us:
Restart the device, make sure the app is updated to the latest version in the store, and check there is free storage. If it still fails, send us the device model and OS version — crash reports alone do not always tell us which device is affected.
Send a screenshot to info@aiart.limited. We report the creative to the ad network and it can be blocked. See also the advertising section of our terms.
Purchases are handled by the store, so refunds go through them: Google Play refunds · Apple refunds. Tell us as well if a purchase was made by a child without permission — we will help where we can.

The bands are deliberately narrow — see aiart.limited/kids for what each one covers. Children usually move up a band when the puzzles stop being a challenge.
