The rules for installing and using our children's learning games.
These terms govern the children's learning games published by Ai Art Ltd and listed on aiart.limited/kids. By installing or using one of them you accept these terms. If a parent or guardian installs an app for a child, the parent accepts them on the child's behalf.

Effective: October 1, 2026.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the apps on devices you control, for private, non-commercial use. The apps, their artwork, audio and code remain ours or our licensors'.
Apps are distributed through the App Store and Google Play. Any purchase is made with the store, not with us, and the store's own terms and refund rules apply. Parents should keep purchase confirmation enabled on a child's device; both stores offer this in their settings.
The apps may show advertising, limited to the formats and targeting that the Google Play Families programme and the App Store Kids Category permit for a child audience. We do not control the exact creative shown. If you see an ad that is not appropriate for children, tell us at info@aiart.limited with a screenshot and we will report it to the network.
We may update, change or withdraw an app or any of its content. We try to keep published apps working on supported devices, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and store availability can change by country.
The apps are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.
Our handling of data is described in the kids privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
